Frequently Asked Questions

How does credit repair work?

Credit repair works because of a law called “The Fair Credit Reporting Act” (FCRA). The FCRA gives you the right to dispute any item on your credit report. If that item cannot be verified within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) it must be removed. This law is the basis of all credit repair and the foundation of our business. We work on your behalf to dispute negative information from your report, and we're very good at it!

What are your guarantees and refund policy?

With our "Monthly Unlimited" model, we guarantee that if you see zero results in 90 days, then we'll refund you completely no questions asked!

Do you charge any up front fees?

Absolutely not! Other credit repair companies ILLEGALLY charge you for set up fees, consultation fees, and other bogus fees! This is against the law and you should not work with anyone who charges fees up front. With our "Monthly Unlimited" model, you will only be charged after we begin your disputes.

What does it cost?

How quickly will I see results?

Each case is different so we can’t guarantee specific timeframes. In addition, different creditors and banks will fight back with greater force than others. The same thing goes for the bureaus, each one has its own nuances that can’t be predicted on a case by case basis. That being said, most of our clients see the results they are looking for within 60 or 90 days. Many of our clients have seen results as fast as 30 days.

How much will my credit score increase?

Each case is different and depends on your current situation. We’ve had clients who only had 1 or 2 negative items on their reports, so when we removed those items the results were significant. However, if a client has many negative items, they may not see the same effect from 1 or 2 deletions. In addition, your credit score is not just the negative information on your credit report. Positive information such as mix of open accounts, length of open accounts, credit utilization, and other information is a large part of your score. We can help guide you in how to also build positive credit history in addition to helping you remove the negative history from your credit report.
